California ETEC is an outgrowth of a U.S. Department of Commerce, Market Development Cooperator Award (MDCP) in 2003, the first-ever award for the promotion of Education Services in the United States.
California ETEC has since grown to support more than 250 U.S. education institutions and training providers and recruit more than 600 students throughout Asia in the last decade.
CA ETEC opened its China Office in 2009 in Beijing through signed MOU with the U.S. Department of Commerce and established an office in Ho Chi Minh City in 2012.
California ETEC is a registered 501-C 3 that celebrated over 20 years of continuous operation in 2023.
