LBCC – Cambodia Fast Track Program

California ETEC helped Long Beach City College launch a culturally tailored program for Cambodian students—complete with housing, advising, and visa support.
Result: Boosted Cambodian enrollment & seamless CSU/UC transfers.
LACC – Hollywood English Experience

California ETEC and Los Angeles City College created a custom English immersion program for international learners — combining daily travel-focused lessons with VIP Hollywood tours and cultural excursions.

CA ETEC created a Master agent model for Asia/Europe/MENA, handling vetting, contracts, and payments. This program led to the identification of more than 50 qualified agents in 10 different countries to promote California/U.S. Education programs.
Results: Enrollment increases from Cambodia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Vietnam and others.
